Kim Lanoy-Sandoval

Kim Lanoy-Sandoval is a proud native New Mexican with 20 years of professional experience in education and currently serves as the Program Administrator for LEAP (Leading Educators Through Alternative Pathways).

As a member of the Navajo Nation, mom and educator, she is passionate about creating educational landscapes which value and connect students, families, educators, and communities.

Kim is working on her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at Gonzaga University, researching teacher diversity and how collaboration among statewide organizations can recruit, train, and retain highly effective and diverse teachers within their critical first years of teaching.
